Technical Overview:
The research of this project adopts methods such as indoor analysis,mixing ratio screening of pots and containers,establishment of experimental and demonstration areas,and through methods such as fixed-point,positioning measurement,and on-site investigation,combined with technical means such as soil physics,chemistry,plant physiology,and biochemical testing,to study the feasibility of technical solutions.Grasp the physicochemical characteristics and change rules of three wastes under mixed mixing conditions,and make more accurate judgments on the effects of the mixture on plants under different conditions.
This result indicates that the mixing of the three wastes will not cause harm to the growth of garden plants.After reasonable compatibility and irrigation and desalination,more than ten species of trees such as white wax,ailanthus altissima,hibiscus,as well as various herbaceous and flower plants such as bluegrass,zoysia japonica,rose,and ground cover chrysanthemum were planted.After three years of observation,all plants grew normally.Achieve significant ecological,economic,and social benefits.Based on the above,the research direction of this project is correct,the topic is clear,the technology is feasible,and the achievements are significant.Using alkaline slag engineering soil,fly ash,and bay mud as new soil sources is innovative.The research on this topic is the first time at home and abroad,and its technical level has reached the international advanced level.
Technical principles:
1、Fundamentals
The bay mud has the basic properties of soil,but has the highest salt content,high clay content,and no soil structure.Using fly ash to change the proportion of clay content in the bay mud and improve permeability is conducive to desalting,changing the proportion of pore size of the bay mud,and water salt movement;Mixing alkali residue soil can,on the one hand,change the permeability of the bay mud,and more importantly,utilize the rich active Ca2+in the alkali residue to facilitate the formation of soil structure and prevent the alkalization of the mixed substrate after desalination.The preparation principle of alkali residue is mainly that SiO2.Al2O3.Fe2O3.CaO and other substances in fly ash can react with Ca(OH)2 and other substances in alkali residue in humid environment to generate a series of hydration products-gel,thus changing the physical and chemical properties of alkali residue.

1、Technical indicators
Physical properties:The texture is clay loam soil,with a unit weight of 1.1~1.3(g/cm3),and a permeability coefficient of n×10-4-n×10-3cm/sec,porosity 50-58%;
Chemical properties:CEC is 15-20me/100g±,pH<8.3,total salt content<0.3%,alkalization phenomenon is significantly weakened,there is no alkalization phenomenon within 040cm,the amount of Na+adsorbed by soil colloid is greatly reduced,and the content of Ca2+/Na+in the soil is>3.0,and the content of each heavy metal meets at least the Class III standard for soil environmental quality.
2、Condition requirements
Rectification of the waste market,appropriate financial support from national and local governments,implementation of relevant preferential policies for comprehensive utilization of waste,and construction of waste disposal sites.
Main equipment and operation management
1、Main equipment
Mixing equipment,tipping equipment,low level vacuum equipment,transportation equipment,shallow dense salt discharge equipment(including corrugated blind pipes),and other agricultural equipment such as conveyor belts,generators,excavators,bulldozers,tractors,disk harrows,and rotary plows.
2、Operation management
The stages of hydraulic reclamation,ripening(freeze thawing,alternate drying and wetting,mixing,and natural leaching require about a year in the soil field:Due to climate and rainfall factors,before being applied to greening projects,it is necessary to conduct the stages of sunning,further ripening,and natural desalination on the green land project site(underground projects have been completed),which takes about a month,and can then be directly used for autumn planting or for spring planting in the next year.The entire production process described above takes approximately one and a half to two years.The"new soil source"process requires processes such as desalination and biological improvement during use to improve the soil microbial activity and decompose the organic matter deposited at the seafloor stage.On this basis,circular production is carried out,with a cycle of 2 years expected.
